Does CloudRadiology replace our existing PACS?
No — CloudRadiology sits alongside your existing modalities and PACS. It receives studies over standard DICOM from any scanner or PACS you already run, so there's nothing to rip out or replace.
How does a study get from our scanner to a radiologist?
Your modality sends the study to CloudRadiology over DICOM, exactly like it would to a local PACS. It appears in the worklist within seconds, gets assigned to a radiologist, and they report it from anywhere with a browser.
Is patient data stored in India?
Yes. All studies and reports are stored on infrastructure located in India, in line with data residency expectations for Indian healthcare data.
Can multiple diagnostic centres share one radiologist pool?
Yes — CloudRadiology is built for exactly this. A single radiologist or reporting group can be assigned across many centres, with per-centre worklists, billing, and turnaround tracking kept separate.
What happens if our internet connection drops mid-upload?
Uploads resume automatically once connectivity returns — a dropped connection mid-transfer doesn't corrupt or lose the study, it just picks back up.
